Family Portrait! :)

It's been a long time since i could last sleep till i wake up on my own on Saturday! :) For the past few years i have been so committed in GB that most of my Saturdays i have to wake up early to prepare for parade. BUT! I didn't regret joining GB or serving ok.. Just that now i can finally enjoy my Saturday till February. :)


Packed my room because CNY is near. Seriously, looking at my room, i really don't know where to start packing. My room is in a mess! That's why i always don't welcome people to come my house. And I am being serious here! I really don't welcome. The worse thing is that people come my house without prior notice. Please! At least call before hand to tell us you are coming can you? I don't like people just suddenly pop up at my house door saying hello and then come in to my house for hours! Unless you have a purpose like celebrations or wanted to pass some things.

Okay, back to my Saturday activities. Went to JieMin's house to relax and play. haha! Finally met up with mummy Yue! :D the last time we met was last year! December.. hahaha!!

Then when we reach Jiemin's house, JianXin was around too! The whole family reunited! :D

FPAD UT

ARGH!!! Did not have enough time to finish my facilities planning and design (FPAD) UT. The last question was a total waste! Just by simply referring it to the table given, you can get the answers. 1 mark gone to the drain! :( That one mark is very crucial, if because of this 1 mark and i could not get one grade higher, i can go bang wall already. Should have read the last question! So sad that i was stuck at the 2nd last question which worth 8 marks! :'(


Yesterday had Swensons sundae with my lovely ladies. Hehe!! Happy hour promotion :D

Today saw free milo, of course! definitely we'll go for it :P

Li Qin's Birthday

Another January Birthday Baby from my clique- Li Qin. He's really a blessing to me. Helped me in my studies. Thank God he's same class as me for this semester. He has been a great help to me!

Had a mini surprise for him from brotherhood and sisterhood. This class is my first class that have brotherhood and sisterhood and it consists of almost half the class. Hahah! Feel so happy to have them as my classmates for this semester and I hope that we will still keep in contact even after we change class. We only left with about 1 more month together as a class. :(

1st Council meeting and Late Christmas gift

I got to say that my first council meeting experience was great! Although i haven't experience the sudden outbreak of prayer.. which i might experience it the next time i visit, overall was quite ok. The songs sang was super cute with many actions. Maybe i can teach that for my Sunday School if i have the opportunity haha... Mrs Tay (Brigade President) is so friendly, heard from Ms Fong that when i am walking up the stairs, she saw me and is aiming at me.. Haha! She is aiming for those new comers. Introduced myself to her as she came to talk to me. During the meeting, she asked all the new comers to stand and mentioned my name.. All the eyes turned and looked at me. That moment was really scary.. haha! Witness the promotion to officer of Cheryl. Congratulations! :) May God grant you the wisdom and guidance as you help Jiemin Pri. May God grant you the strength and perseverance as you strive for more recruits! :D

Finally after one year... Hahah! from Dec 2012 to Jan 2013, i finished up the card for christmas and pass it to two friends. Really feel apologetic for such late card and gift. But i always tell myself, better late then never..(in chinese: Chi Dao Hao Guo Mei Dao) hahah! But i will try my super best not to delay.. Almost every year it's being delayed by one year.. (one month :P)

CCA Open House 2013

After much planning for CCA Open House, finally the actual day has arrived ( 5th Jan). Of course, now is over already. Hahah! It was a great learning experience and i am really glad to hear that more than 20 girls came to our welcome parade. It is a great start and i hope that they will put GB as their first choice. Thanks to the senior girls for their hard work, everyone contributed in their own way including the teachers. But sad to say that this will be my last few event with these girls. I can see how each of them grow to become leaders and to be more active in GB. I hope that this spirit of perseverance will continue and may the senior girls influence the juniors to be the same too! :)

Dearest Mdm Tay- my assistant for CCA Open House

Being the platoon officer of P13 is my dream. But now everything has change. I believe this is one of the God's plan for me. There are many other doors opened for me even before i leave GB 13. Opportunities are everywhere because HE is there for me. HE has his own plans which will not destroy us but for us to prosper.

It is really not easy to grow in GB. There are many ups and downs. But i am very glad that i can manage it with God's strength and guidance. From a GB girl to a Cadet Officer. :)

Recent Met Up With May May :D

I am very thankful to have May Day as my friend. 6 years of friendship and still counting on.. I am very glad that although we are very busy with our own school work and personal things, we still do remember each other and would try to meet up. It's the heart that counts. As i am very busy with GB CCA Open House planning and i already have no time for any other things including rest time. I still manage to meet up with her. Especially when we went through thick and thin together for 3 years in GB. Our friendship is more strong, really glad to have her :D
